Casual Filming and Photography as an attendee

  1. By attending WTC, you consent to being recorded (and this by audio and/or any visual means or otherwise). Imagery obtained at the event may be used for exhibition and exploitation by event management in all media, and this without limitation.
  2. General filming and photography during the event is permitted and encouraged. Please be respectful of any attendee’s privacy, as well as the attendee’s models and miniatures. Always seek express permission from the owner before photographing (or touching) anything, and be mindful not to disturb games currently in progress.
  3. It is a requirement to seek express permission from attendees involved if you are filming for a protracted timeframe or capturing images that are beyond the scope of “a general shot”. If any attendee objects to you filming/taking a picture, you must immediately cease to do so and delete any material obtained without prior consent. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to an immediate expulsion from the event without rights to any refund.
  4. As this policy only covers casual filming and photography, for all other broadcasting purposes an approval by event management must be sought and gained prior to starting.
  5. WTC reserves the right to end or refuse any photography, filming or broadcasting at any time.
