What with being one of the largest events on the calendar year, the WTC needs a reliable partner for quick turn-around times, easy storage and affordable terrain. Weyland Yutani has been filling that gap for the WTC since 2019 and is the official terrain manufacturer for the WTC events.

If you have been to the WTC you’ll have noticed our big banners and event dressing, and will have become familiar with all the amazing gamemats that we run at our events. They, together with most of the amazing prize support & merchandising we have on sale at the event or that make part of the team swag bags, are all brainchilds of this creative design studio. We don’t say this lightly, but our event wouldn’t be quite the same without KRB Studio as a prime partner.

Frontier Wargaming is producing premium quality paint stations and accessories. The handcrafted woodworking from the company gives a very special feel to all their products. We have been lucky enough over the years to have been able to set up a partnership with this Latvian company to bring portable paint stations, leather painting pouches and wooden diceholders to our attendees as prize support and merchandise. Their craftmanship knows no equal, and they are the prime example of why WTC collaborations can be so refreshing and exciting!

Tycka Dice are a relatively new addition to the WTC partnership, but in the limited timeframe we have been collaborating, they have become our standard go-to for all our dice production as we at WTC HQ have been blown away with the quality on offer!

One of the biggest challenges for tournament organisers out there is having a reliable software that can administer your tournament at scale. It has taken a lot of trial and error with other partners so we were delighted to partner up and onboard a great partner in Best Coast Pairings since the birth of WTC. They have been instrumental in shaping the WTC into a smooth-running machine with on-site support. 

The X-Wing Alliance (XWA) is a centralized community effort and resource for the Star Wars X-Wing tabletop gaming community. This effort is aimed at the continuation of the game system and its organized play activities after the end of development and support from its publisher. Together with WTC Leadership, the XWA has been the key driving force between the Xwing WTC events, providing support for our event packs, providing officiating personnel as well as volunteers to run the event stream.
